At OFF AURA, every piece is crafted with intention and care. We want you to love your purchase — but if something isn’t quite right, please review our return terms below.

 

Return Window

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for store credit only.

Store credit will be issued in the form of an OFF AURA digital gift card, which can be used on any future purchase.

We do not issue refunds to original payment methods under any circumstances.

 

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return:

Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.

Tags must remain attached and intact.

Items must be returned in their original packaging.

 

Any item showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.

 

Return Process

Email our support team at support@off-aura.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

Include your order number and reason for return.

Once approved, you’ll receive a return authorization and mailing instructions.

Upon inspection and approval, your store credit will be issued within 3–5 business days.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@off-aura.com so we can make it right immediately.
