Thank you for choosing OFF AURA. Our pre-order model allows us to produce small-batch, made to order pieces that meet our quality standards. This page explains exactly how our pre-order process works.
How Pre-Orders Work
When you place a pre-order, you are purchasing a made to order item. These items are not yet produced.
We collect all pre-order purchases, officially close the sale, and then begin production.
Production begins only after:
The pre-order window closes.
Items are marked as sold out.
We finalize quantities and submit the bulk order to our production team.
This ensures accuracy, zero waste practices, and the highest level of craftsmanship.
Order Edits & Size Changes — 24-Hour Window
OFF AURA pieces are custom made, and all sales are final once production begins. We allow a 24 hour window from the time your order is placed for the following:
Size adjustments
Color adjustments
Shipping address updates
After 24 hours, no changes can be made.
Cancellations are not permitted at any time, as each piece is made to order specifically for the customer.
Production & Shipping Timeline
Made-to-Order Timeline
• Production begins immediately after pre-orders close
• Crafted in small batches (12 business days)
• Shipping takes approximately 5–7 business days
• Most orders arrive within ~2–3 weeks
• Tracking provided once shipped
This timeline allows us to maintain premium materials, precise construction, and controlled production. No mass production. No restocks.
Payment & Fine Print
Pre-orders are paid in full at checkout.
All pre-order sales are final after the 24 hour adjustment window.
Once production begins, orders cannot be altered or canceled.
Upon receiving your item, you may request a return for store credit only.
(No refunds. No exchanges outside of store credit.)
This policy ensures accurate small-batch production and protects the integrity of our made to order process.
